VWC GOLD Grades 7-12 Mon, Wed: 6:30-8 pm Fri (Live Wrestling): 6:30-8 pm • Experienced older wrestlers • 3 practices per week • 2 technique practices per week + 1 Live Wrestling practice High School and 7-8 Grade wrestlers Practices: June 3rd - August 9th Current USA Wrestling Membership required (Limited Folkstyle): www.usawmembership.com Summer wrestling practices are technique focused. We will have clinic nights every Wednesday with guest clinicians during the summer Gold session.
