Service Description

Day 1 - Neutral Camp focuses on neutral ties, setups, attacks, and finishes. Day 2 - Mat Camp focuses on breakdowns, pins, tilts, escapes, and reversals. What to Bring: wrestling shoes, workout clothes, water bottle, headgear (optional) Schedule Drop-off: 9 am - 9:30 am Camp: 9:30 am - 12 noon Pickup: 12 pm - 12:15 pm
