VWC GOLD BOYS AND GIRLS Grades 7-12 Mon, Wed, Thur: 6:30-8 pm • Experienced older wrestlers • 3 practices per week June 1 thru August 20 Current USA Wrestling Membership required (Limited Folkstyle): www.usawmembership.com Boys will practice Folkstyle technique. Girls will practice Freestyle technique. Join the VWC Gold Wrestling Summer program from June to August, tailored for boys and girls in grades 7-12. With practices on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 6:30-8 PM, wrestlers will focus on developing Folkstyle technique for boys and freestyle for girls in a supportive environment.
