Victory Training Center LLC ("Victory Wrestling Club," "we," "us," or "our") operates this website and related registration, account, communications, and purchasing services (collectively, the "Services").
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect personal information when you use the Services.
## Information We Collect
Depending on how you use the Services, we may collect:
- Name, email address, phone number, and account information.
- Parent or guardian information and emergency-contact information.
- Participant information, including name, birth date, USA Wrestling member ID,
registration details, waiver acknowledgments, and class history.
- Purchase, order, subscription, refund, and payment-status information.
- Limited payment-method information, such as card brand, last four digits, and
expiration information when provided by a payment processor.
- Communications preferences, campaign-delivery records, unsubscribe status, and
email engagement events.
- Information you submit when contacting us or requesting data access or deletion.
- Technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information,
approximate location, access times, referring pages, and application or security
logs.
We do not intentionally collect complete payment-card numbers, card security codes,
or online banking credentials. Payment information is handled by the applicable
payment processor.
## How We Collect Information
We collect information:
- Directly from you when you create an account, register a participant, purchase
something, complete a waiver, contact us, or submit a request.
- From your authorized parent or guardian.
- From authentication providers when you sign in.
- From payment and communication providers.
- Automatically through the operation, security, and authentication of the Services.
- From administrators or authorized personnel who manage club member records.
## How We Use Information
We use personal information to:
- Create and manage accounts.
- Register participants for classes, events, and programs.
- Maintain participant safety, waiver, eligibility, and emergency-contact records.
- Process purchases, subscriptions, refunds, and payment reconciliation.
- Provide customer support and respond to requests.
- Send transactional, operational, and, where permitted, promotional communications.
- Manage communications preferences, delivery records, and unsubscribe requests.
- Maintain account, purchase, registration, and communication history.
- Operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the Services.

- Comply with legal, accounting, tax, safety, and recordkeeping obligations.
## Authentication and Cookies
The Services use Microsoft Entra External ID and related authentication technology
to sign users in and maintain authentication state. Authentication and security
cookies or browser storage may be necessary for the Services to function.
We may also use temporary or essential technologies for security, session management,
cart functionality, and application operation. We do not use information collected
through the Services to sell your personal information.
If we later introduce non-essential analytics, advertising, or tracking technologies,
we will update this Policy and provide any consent or choice mechanism required by
applicable law.
## Payment Providers
Payments may be processed by PayPal, Square, Venmo through PayPal, or another
provider identified during checkout. Those providers may collect and process payment,
identity, device, fraud-prevention, and transaction information under their own
privacy policies.
Victory Wrestling Club receives payment status, transaction identifiers, limited
payment-method details, and related records needed to provide the Services. We do
not control the privacy practices of payment providers.
## How We Share Information
We may disclose personal information to:
- Service providers that host, secure, maintain, or support the Services.
- Microsoft Entra External ID for authentication.
- PayPal, Square, Venmo, and other payment providers for payment processing.
- Azure services used for hosting, storage, security, and application operation.
- Email and communications providers used to send messages and process delivery
events.
- Club administrators, coaches, staff, or authorized personnel who need the
information to operate programs and protect participants.
- Professional advisers, auditors, insurers, or legal authorities when appropriate.
- Government authorities, courts, or other parties when required by law or needed
to protect rights, safety, property, or the Services.
- A successor entity in connection with a merger, sale, financing, or other business
transfer.
We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information for
cross-context behavioral advertising.
## Children and Participants Under 18
The Services are intended to be used by parents, legal guardians, and other
authorized adults on behalf of minor participants. A parent or legal guardian must
create and manage an account used to register a minor.
We collect minor-participant information only when provided or authorized by a
parent, guardian, or authorized club representative for registration, safety,
program administration, payment, or related club purposes. We do not knowingly
sell or use minor-participant information for behavioral advertising.
If you believe a child’s information was submitted without appropriate authorization,

## Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the
Services, maintain safety and registration records, process transactions, resolve
disputes, prevent fraud, comply with legal and accounting obligations, and enforce
our agreements.
Retention periods vary by information type and purpose. When information is no
longer required, we delete it, de-identify it, or securely restrict access to it,
subject to technical and legal limitations.
## Your Choices and Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to, correction
of, deletion of, or a copy of your personal information. You may also have rights to
opt out of certain processing or appeal a decision concerning a privacy request.
