VWC GOLD Grades 7-12 Current USA Wrestling Membership required (Limited Folkstyle): www.usawmembership.com USAW memberships run Sept thru Sept calendar year. The 2026-27 memberships will be available late August, so wait until then to purchase next year's membership. Mon, Wed, Thur: 6:30 - 8 pm • Experienced older wrestlers • 3 practices per week • 2 technique practices per week + 1 Live Wrestling practice High School and 7-8 Grade wrestlers Curriculum designed to prepare and transition wrestlers into the high school season. The wrestlers attending this session will be leaders in their winter high school rooms.
